Compensatory rest break must be 20 uninterrupted minutes

The Employment Appeal Tribunal has held that an uninterrupted 20-minute rest break is a must for workers who work more than six hours per day, whether that’s a rest break or compensatory rest. Does this mean they both must have the same characteristics?
